Version: POS MAID 2.29
Pros: POS Maid has a clean and easy to use interface and the ability to import Excel spreadsheet data directly into the database (you must have MS Excel 2000 or later installed- not just a file). But....
Cons: The company is apparently so paranoid of piracy that they've built in LAND MINES OF SECURITY that end up causing problems that FEEL MORE LIKE SABATOGE. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
Summary: I have downloaded and tried about 30 POS programs all costing from $35 to $250. I thought I had settled on a good program with POS Maid. HOWEVER Each install of $45 requires you to email the company with a different random number that it generate... read more >>
