From PMA Technology :PMA ServiceCenter is an easy-to-use customer management system targeted at small to medium size service businesses. The program stores and provides quick access to customer information including the customer's equipment list and service history. Schedules service calls, creates and prints contracts, prints work orders, and includes a mailing module that prints mailing labels and generates personalized form letters and other documents using its own word processor.
Version 2.100 has been updated from .Net Framework 1.2 to 2.0, includes various minor changes and additions recommended by registered users.
