Pros
None I could find really listing here. The only thing i could see is that it could take the speed to 102.7 kbps in uTorrent, but the speed kept decreasing rapidly,until it lingered near 0.2 to 0.7 kbps.
Cons
It disappears your title bar (in XP SP2) and it keeps restarting. Takes up a lot of memory and if you keep it open for a long time, it rapidly decreases the speed below 0.10 kbps.

Does not work as promised.I have nothing but bad thoughts for it.
