Flexible and feature-rich, PDF-Office suffers only from a plodding installation. A sample file opens at the outset, showcasing the program's array of capabilities. Almost everything in your document is open to configuration, including page margins, form fields, tool-tip text, field borders, and password protection. Images, objects, and files can be inserted as well. PDF-Office is easy enough for first-time users, but professionals won't find it lacking in power.

i have avast home and when i tried to DL this Avast went all willy nilly.

Pros
I found this, and got all exited, because i did not have to buy adobe pro. PDF Office is powerful, and does alot.
Cons
It has only one problem, It has its watermark, So when you export a pdf document, than open it in adobe reader, it says PDF Office everywhere.
