Pros: PC Pal can only help me in two areas.
1. Accelerate my internet connection, by turning on a second web server.
2. With offers I can get a free online back up service, to back up and store my computer files.
Cons: PC Pal gives bad advice to turn on windows firewall. Because I have a complete internet security suite installed, that has a firewall turned on.
Never run two firewalls at the same time, because one firewall will conflict with the other one. Everything that is in their toolbox, can be accessed from my own control panel.

"Maybe I Just Don't Need It...."
Pros: Small footprint, focused functions.
Cons: Didn't find much to do. Either my PC is tuned better than I believe, or PCPal just doesn't do much. Difficult for me to evaluate when it makes few recommendations.

"Average application..There are better out there !!"
Pros: Small footprint ..not resource hungry..reminds you of one or two things you would probably miss if not reminded e.g flushing Printer queue ..
Cons: Recommends defrag and points you to Windows defrag tool..There are much better(and free) defraggers available than the Windows offering

Pros: Not only fixes errors on your computer but will teach you how to do some repairs yourself
