CNET Editors' review
This simple freeware executable quickly lists all running processes (and select Registry data), but don't expect any explanations or options. PC Reporter's interface consists of a small display window and three buttons. No user will need a help file or wizard to use this program.
Operating PC Reporter is a simple matter of clicking the start button and immediately the display window is filled with data. Listed are every running process and its path; plus every program listed in the Registry that runs continuously with Windows. You can scroll through the data, click either a button to copy the data to the clipboard or to a text file. You can't change screen fonts or window size. This application promises no explanation for processes or easy methods to open select data in a search engine.
PC Reporter doesn't do much except present a simple list. It's a tool we would recommend every user give a test. You may not need it today, but it's information that could come in handy. This program is one of the easiest ways to know what processes are running on your system.
