This free Microsoft Outlook add-on workgroup utility shares objects without a server. Team members have a single place to set up meetings, access documents, check on tasks, and access project-related contact lists. Whether you work over an intranet or via a dial-up Internet connection, users can share documents and access other information from this central location. The tool is protected so that only users with permission can access and update documents and schedules. Users can also have real-time online discussions with other members of their team.
