From Vaita :Use OsaSync to share your Microsoft Outlook contacts on your local network or VPN when you want to share some common contacts in your contacts folder with your family members, synchronize your Outlook folders on your laptop with your desktop, and collaborate with others. Save your customers in a common contacts folder. Sync Outlook contacts without complex programs like Exchange server, share point portal server or Net folders. Every change is automatically and almost in real-time reflected in the contact on the other computer(s). OsaSync is very easy to install and configure so you don't need to be a wizzkid to get OsaSync up and running. A connection wizard will guide you through the configuration steps.
In version 6.0 initial syncing has been made easier.
