Version: OpenOffice.org Portable 2.0.4
"Excellent alternative to MS Office"
Pros: A free alternative to MS Office. You can open and edit MS Office documents and save them in Open Office format and also MS Office format, in case you need to open them in MS Office later.
Cons: Very generic looking programs, runs very slow on USB 1.1. Nothing major, though.

"GREAT ALTERNATIVE FOR THE BUDGET"
Pros: It does what it says; and it's great for college students. Installs in a fraction of the time compared to MS Office.

"Great piece of software, with a few hiccups"
Pros: For the start, it a nice piece of FLOSS software, that is both libre and gratis. Handy if you would to try OpenOffice without loading the full download on your computer. Automatically recognise your printers without the need to load them on your software.
Cons: Can be difficult to start, you need to open the software BEFORE opening any files, and it can take a while to load, certainly compared to the full version. This is why it gets 4 stars.
(Note: If you have a U3 USB key, U3 has the software available for the format in its download section)

Version: OpenOffice.org Portable 2.0.4
Pros: This software is a good subsitute for the high priced software from Microsoft. For the non-commercial user it is a complete and user friendly suite.
Cons: It takes a very long time to download if all you have available is a slowdial-up connection. But that isn't your fault. Your software has nothing to dislike.
