CNET Editors' review
Though it analyzes your daily food consumption based on a popular diet, this isn't a very user-friendly program. NutriGenie Omega Rx Zone's interface is overly crowded with more than 20 buttons, but no tool tips or guide to getting started. You'll be asked to input weight and age, but you're on your own from there. A major drawback is the program doesn't "remember" the data across all its features. For example, when you use the Cholesterol Profiler and other tools, you'll have to reenter your age and weight each time. You can add meals fairly easily, though the trial version limits access to the full food database. For each item, you'll see comprehensive nutritional information including calories and carbohydrates. You can help calculate BMI and log blood pressure readings, among other options. Especially confusing for novices, most users will want an easier-to-use diet program.Publisher's Description
