"Much easier to use than Adobe!"
Pros: All the functionality is there, yet it is much smaller than Acrobat and is far more user friendly because of the layout
Cons: Forms are not that easy to use

"Did not work: PDF > doc, PDF > rtf"
Pros: Looks very attractive, professional, robust.
Cons: It didn't work for PDF conversion to Word or RTF. Sometimes partial text was retained, other times the resultant output was random numbers, formatting not retained.
