"Simple to use and very well priced"
Pros: Fully featured and far more affordable than Adobe
Cons: The windows ribbon interface takes a little bit of time to get used to, but after a while it is far more user friendly than the the old interfaces

"Don't get fished in by the price! This software gets worse with each version!"
Pros: PDF Professional 3 was okay at best - it's only real good feature was price
Cons: PDF Pro 3 lacked many of the conveniences of Acrobat, like the ability to set tab order for fields. Our office then purchased PDF Pro 4 and found it lacked many of the limited features of the prior version. Tech support for both versions is abysmal - the online support documents only show you things any idiot could figure out on his own. Any call to tech support started with them asking for a credit card number to bill us for support
