I have yet to run into a snag. It works exactly as advertised.
Cons
Speed. It takes a while to convert the documents, but well worth it.

Summary
Tried 5-6 different PDF converters. This was the ONLY ONE that did a perfect job. Also came with a 33 page manual. Most others had no manual.
