Version: MortgageCalc 3.2
Pros: Downloaded to my hp/IPAQ h4350 with ease. Did not experience any problems. Easy to use. Has other features like: loan comparison, Conversion calculations (area, currency, distance, sped, temp), Date Calculator, Effective Rate, Income, Lease, Property and Term deposit. Similar product would sell over $75.
Cons: Help Screen could be more user friendly

Summary: I have an Axim X5. I have to reset the device occasionally in order to get it to work. To me, it's worth the extra trouble due to the functionality of this product.
