From Harry Hollander :This intuitive program can calculate payments, remaining balances, and so on. An amortization schedule is in scrollable spreadsheet format with screen splitting and editing capabilities. It features 360-day and exact-day factor methods; various reports; and pie, line, and bar charts. It is capable of dealing with missed payments, late payments, lump sum payments, payment changes, interest changes, and so on. You can customize the printouts with your own header text and logo or banner. The amortization schedule and various reports can be opened in your default browser.

"Excellent features, little pricey"
Summary: Excellent features, especially the ones for additional principal payments. Possibly a little pricey for a home user looking for something to amortize mortgages and other loans.
