Version: MoneyTime 6.5
Pros: Very nice program that loads quickly, is easy to use and even has option to print results. I'm a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in real estate and I've been using it regularly for years. Help feature also works well. User friendly from novice to expert.
Cons: None.
