"Very useful to assist the "technology challenged"."
Pros: Easy to setup and run, fairly stable, works with multiple OS's, FREE!
Cons: Can lag a bit during peak use periods, no built in voice or IM capability, sometimes freezes and just stops working and must be restarted.
Summary: I got this program to help mine and my wife's parents with computer problems after becoming frustrated trying to "talk them through it" over the phone. Now, I can just show them how to do something as they view my screen or I can take over and oper... read more >>
