"Great program, but..."

Pros
this program will do a lot of things I'd hardly even considered, including backups, editing ring tones, tons of strong features
Cons
With all its features, it can't handle dialing my phone - a Treo 750 with Windows 6.0. Big disappointment! Yes, I know it's a nearly obsolete phone, but it's 3g, it holds 12,000 contacts and that's really important to me.
