From the developer: "FTP client - Not in your directories, but very good product! LeechFTP has a feature to check for updates from within the program, you can access this in the Tools menu. A small dialog will show up and tells you wether there is a newer version or not. This is done by connecting to this server, so you have to be connected to the internet."

"I loved this program until I switched"
Pros: I've used this program for years. Simple, easy to understand layout. Uses low system resources. Most importantly, it's free!
Cons: Does not automatically reconnect. It can't delete non-empty folders. When working with a large queue, sometimes a few files don't get uploaded. There are better free FTP clients available now.

"Excellent liightweight and fast FTP client"
Pros: Fast multi-threaded transfer
Lightweight and small
Sync local folder with remote server easily
Cons: Not being developed any more

Pros: I have used it for years and never have had a problem. Not once. Flawless.
Cons: It is no longer developed and has fallen behind the times.
