Pros
Cheap. Cheap. Cheap, only £99 per concurrent license (needed to create new bookings); viewing entries is free of charge. Relatively easy to set up and not difficult to get to grips with to use.
Cons
Quite a few functions that we'd like are missing; history of bookings, customised views of days in calendar, some flakey GUI aspects ... but like the company said to me, "90% of the functionality you need for 10% of our competitors' price". And they're right.
