Publisher's description of KariChat
KariChat notifies you whenever you have a new visitor at your Web site, tells you which page he is currently viewing, which page he came from, and if he use a search engine, KariChat lets you know which one, and which keywords were used to find you. KariChat also give you information about the visitor like visit history to your Web site, previous chat sessions, his IP address, his country, and other useful information that help you identify the visitor and know what he is looking for even before he chats with you. Then KariChat enables you to invite the visitor for a chat, which helps him find what he is seeking fast, and which enables you to tell your visitor about your offers, help him make a decision, and also guide him through the checkout process.

"Affordable live chat software"
Pros: Has many nice features and at just $4.95/m helps you give that professional look to your website. Features like vistor tracking (knowing where your visitors come from, for eg Google etc), proactive chat, customizations etc. make this a steal at that price.
Cons: The chat window is very plain looking but functional. Could use a bit sprucing up.
