ItelPop is a very simple to use softphone dialer and screenpop application. It interfaces with any phone system that supports TAPI. Features: Softphone dial from clipboard screenpop lookup records in ItelPop database Integrates with any PBX or modem which supports TAPI. Screenpop lookup is based on CallerID. ie the callers telephone number. However, enquire to author if you would like this modified to use CalledID (dialed number) or even entered digits (DTMF tones entered on keypad).

"Only thing I could get to work with Panasonic KX-TD816"

Pros: Simplicity itself to setup. About a tenth of the effort of setting up Panasonic TAPI driver!

Cons: Would be good if could lookup my ACT contacts

"Very easy to setup"

Pros: Easy to setup and use. Can add unlimited number of contacts

Cons: No means of linking to an external database - would be a nice add-on
