"Absolutely the best value to dollar investment you can make for your company"
Pros: This product is simple to use and handles complex applications for world wide business. The company responds to questions and problems in a very timely manner. The company takes imput from custmers and actually makes changes to address customer ideas.
Cons: Only tech support is online.
They do respond very quickly but I would like to cover more than a single issue at a time as you can do in conversation and not do so well when Emailing.
