In-Out Board is the cross-platform staff in/out tracking tool for your office. Users can easily set their status as well as leave notes (i.e. how they can be reached, when they'll be back). In-Out Board's status categories are fully customizable. In-Out Board uses our proven peer-to-peer networking engine. It requires no server and can be configured to connect remote offices over the Internet.

Version 1.2 features remote status updating, system tray preference, and many bug fixes.

What's new in this version:

Bug Fixes:

Users may now re-use a previously deleted name
Changing a user's name no longer reverts the user to having proxy
Name changes now update private notes

New Features and enhancements:

You may now set and save private notes for each user
Further improvements to menu
Users may now include custom sounds
Users may now set all new users to not receive proxy

Version: In-Out Board 1.2

"5 stars on customer service/tech support! Very useful and practical software."

Pros: I'm working for a small company with several locations. In-Out Board is saving us time by eliminating useless phone calls and emails. We can just look on our computer's to see where the person we're looking for is currently instead of wasting time trying to hunt them down.
I really only have a basic knowledge of computers and networking. Setting up the networking between the offices has been tricky because of various modem/router problems. The tech support at Glass Bead Software has been extremely helpful. I emailed and called numerous times. I get to stay in contact with the same support person, and she's been the most helpful and patient tech person I've ever dealt with. She's helped out time after time without making it seem that inconveniencing her.
Good software. Great technical support.
