This tool offers a self-service way for users to import their Exchange IM contacts to Microsoft Office Communicator. It searches for the user's contacts, converts the contacts' domain name portion to the user's SIP domain name automatically as it assumes all Exchange IM users will be migrated to the same SIP namespace within the organization, and imports them into Microsoft Office Communicator.
