Version: IeSupportManager Helpdesk 2.02
Pros: It is fast and not really intrusive at all. For the most part it was accurate.
Cons: It didn't accurately see the state of the software on my my computer perhaps because I just got this computer and downloaded the info from my old computer from offline storage. It got a little confused and assumed my licenses were out of date.
Summary: I like it but you have to be careful about it's evaluation and make sure that it is reading correctly. It does work better, for the most part, than the software in Windows for scanning and updates, but it's ability to read licensing is somewhat ques... read more >>

"Excellent, very powerful, very easy to use"
Pros: We were very satisfied with our initial trial and had the fully licensed version installed shortly afterwards. ieSupportManager is excellent, very powerful, very easy to use, extremely cost effective and expandable to boot
Cons: The reliance on Interbase as the free database supplied but I believe that this is being address in v2.
