From Hotelsystems :The hotel booking system manages the day-to-day running of a small to medium sized hotel, motel or guesthouse. The following features are available: Microsoft Word and Open Office customer invoice integration; varied level user access security; simple to use interface, quick processing time, help available on all forms via the help button or help index, available by pressing F1; graphical bookings calendar, which gives the user a complete graphical view of bookings and their status for this week, next week, and so on into the future; e-mail support; and networking ability allowing one or more copies of the program access to a central database.
Version 2.3 has the following added functionality: final invoice creation; invoice logo can be specified; room allocation report and room financial reports available.
