It has the following features making it suitable for small to medium hotels or guest homes: Microsoft Word or Open Office integration for customer invoices; introduction of user access security that gives hotel owners and managers piece of mind; simple to use interface, no need for complex training as well as enabling quicker processing time, help available on all forms via the help button or help index, available by pressing F1; graphical bookings calendar, which gives the user a complete graphical view of bookings and their status for this week, next week, and so on into the future; e-mail support; and networking.
