The HR Control Centre application is designed to facilitate the entry, maintenance, retrieval and archiving of key employee data. The prigram provides employee information, Salary & Appraisals, Attendance register, Training & Qualifications, Grievances & Discipline, Family details, Accident Register, Loans & Issues, Interests & Career Development, Leave analysis and Benefits. Sub-modules (sold separately) include Membership organizer, Event Manager, Recruitment Manager, KPI/QA database, Fleet manager, Shareholders Register, Fringe Benefits tax calculator. In addition there are ancillary programs (included with core licence) like Employee In/Out board, List server for mass emailing capability, To Do lists, Printing ID Cards. Right click context sensitive help on every field. Password to the demo account is the same as login.

"I m working out for a firm"

Pros: well this is such a great software for my firm

Cons: ahahaha there is no such query for disliking of this software
