The prigram provides employee information, Salary & Appraisals, Attendance register, Training & Qualifications, Grievances & Discipline, Family details, Accident Register, Loans & Issues, Interests & Career Development, Leave analysis and Benefits. Sub-modules (sold separately) include Membership organizer, Event Manager, Recruitment Manager, KPI/QA database, Fleet manager, Shareholders Register, Fringe Benefits tax calculator. In addition there are ancillary programs (included with core licence) like Employee In/Out board, List server for mass emailing capability, To Do lists, Printing ID Cards.
