Electronic medical record and clinical decision support program for the Windows environment. GP Desk differs from other electronic medical records by: Allowing the rapid entry of patient visit data using a "point and click" system; Adding real-time decision support so that you have access to relevant information at the right time. Decision support examples include: Child development indicators relevant to the patient's age; Point and click selection of problems, symptoms, and signs with the display of a clinical approach and list of possible diagnoses; Point and click selection of fractures based on the AO/ASIF system; Cardiac risk calculation; Suggested diagnosis, tests, and treatment; Electronic prescription writer.

Version 2.2 adds new methods of adding visit data (text inserts, groups of pre-selected symptoms/signs, algorithms); customization of printed output; importing HL7 electronic test results; user-user messaging; MS SQL server version available (not included).
