From GFP :

GFP is a Personal Finance Manager that is translated to 10 idioms. GFP Help you to control checking accounts, account savings and credit card. Its possible generate reports, can run on Linux. After some months of use GFP start to try to predict you account status based on your financial behavior, it means that for future dates GFP will show you the state of each of your expenses, based on your configurations settings, making possible to instantly get the response for: How much money will I have on this account for the next 2 years? Allows users to post support request for GFP team directly from GFP Help menu. There are a great improvement on budget feature and also 3 more new reports to show how is your budget going were added.

Version 0.8 includes performance enhancements on importing routines and general GFP usage, and adds support for importing OFC and OFX files.

"Will not open"

Pros: Once you download and go to try to run it will not open period.
