"didn't live up to hype"

Pros
well it installed easily, the interface was easy to read...
Cons
didn't get rid of the files that it was downloaded to deal with. They have resisted all attempts so far ,but we live in hope
Summary
not really a dislike as I'm sure that it does work for most files, but I wanted to get rid of 1 file downloaded in error, but it resisted the best efforts of the programme
