From Knight Consulting :- Excel Dashboard is designed to simplify the creation of complex Excel spreadsheets that require data from a variety of different sources. The key feature is how it abstracts the spreadsheet down to the cell level. The data in each individual cell can be populated from a SQL query of unlimited complexity. The value returned can then be referenced in other cells and other database queries, as well as manipulated via Excel formulas.
You are not limited to a single database. Each cell can query a completely different database system. Excel Dashboard makes it easy to merge data from Oracle, SQL Server, Access and any other ODBC compliant data source - all easily referenced and manipulated on the same spreadsheet.
