Program Features -

  • Employee Time Tracking: Pay Employees hourly with or without overtime, on a per job basis, or a combination of both. Only hours worked during hourly work are counted toward overtime while per job work does not.
  • Subcontractor Time Tracking: Pay Subcontractors hourly with or without overtime, on a per job basis, or a combination of both. Only hours worked during hourly work are counted toward overtime, if need be, while per job work does not.
  • Vendor Time Tracking: Pay Vendors or Companies performing work for you or your company hourly, with or without overtime, on a per job basis, or a combination of both. Only hours worked during hourly work are counted toward overtime if need be, while per job work does not.
  • Client Time Tracking: Tracks all hours worked for Clients and allows you to charge them on an hourly basis, per job basis or a combination or both. You can apply sales tax if you like and allows multiple clients with different billing rates and styles.
  • Employee and Client Reporting: Prints detailed reports on all employees, subcontractors, vendors, and clients which can be used for payroll distribution with checks or sent with your invoices to show exactly what you are charging the client for.
