Free? But crap is free.
Cons
Installs all sorts of bloated programs and browser bars. The prgoram itself is horrible as well, not helpful at all.

unless you're willing to pay for this software, don't even bother. it asks you to order the software after you're done putting in the content and all you want is a word doc version of it.
In terms of the user interface, i didn't find it particularly user UNfriendly, but i did find it "clunky" if you would... the UI is definitely circa 1990's and could use a major update. As for the business end of things, the level of customization you have is great, but the end product is a little hard to get to. -
