EZ-GP is the fast alternative to the slow Excel Export feature of Microsoft Dynamics GP SmartList. SmartList Excel Exports taking minutes to hours take seconds with EZ-GP. Exporting 10,000 Account Transaction records takes over 20 minutes with SmartList, but only 10 seconds with EZ-GP. That is 120 times faster. EZ-GP auto-sizes columns, adds a freeze pane and wraps field descriptions to narrow the width of the columns. EZ-GP optionally formats the Excel export for printing. Print formatting includes the Dynamics GP Company Name, User Name, SmartList Category Name, SmartList Favorite Name, Page Numbering, and Date and Time. If the print percentage drops below 83% the print orientation switches to Landscape. After exporting to Excel use EZ-Format to automatically and identically format and subtotal the data to your specifications. Use EZ-Split to split the exported data into multiple workbooks for the selected values in any field. Spliting can be performed on any Excel data, including subtotaled EZ-Format formatted worksheets.
What's new in this version: Version 9.1 works with Window Vista and Windows 7 User Account Control turned on. Includes direct interface to EZ-Format for Excel. Minor enhancements to Microsoft Dynamics GP SmarList interface and EZ-GP options inside SmartList. Automatic removal of Excel Toolbar and Ribbon when required Registry entries are missing.
