Pros: Nice setup wizard. Very intuitive
Cons: Would not allow me to have overlapping shifts. I would like to see the day of the week included in all views.

Pros: I've been looking for a roster program that can meet my scheduling needs for a long time now (few years in fact) and am very excited about finding DRoster! Setup was a breeze and the interface makes scheduling rather intuitive. I have a library staff to schedule according to desks with various rotas. It was easy to familiarize myself with the modules and get cracking on scheduling my staff and send them their schedules with DRoster reports.
I showed the program to one of my colleagues at another university library and he also downloaded DRoster. Also quite excited about using it.
What I am particularly happy about is that it also includes an engine for rule-based scheduling. Kappix support helped me write a few rules (am not good at scripts) and I was good to go.
All in all, I recommend the DRoster scheduling program to my library managers and administrators...in fact, to anyone who needs a solid manageable scheduling program.

Pros: As the IT manager of a temp agency, we have been very satisfied with DRoster's scheduling capabilities. Makes our rosters easy to manage and update. Integrates with our other apps easily. Great program.
