Quickly scan your system for out-of-date drivers with this easy-to-use program. Driver Updater Pro's wizard-based interface needs very little instruction. Novices will find the app almost effortless to use. Expert users will like the program's scan speed, but may wish for a bit more information and flexibility.
On start, the app displays select processor, memory, and operating system information. All that is required of the user is to press the Scan Now button. The utility quickly scans the system to list all drivers. Each driver is listed under categories with icons for additional information, update status, and a link to download an update if needed. The information available for each driver varies, but most offer little more than the manufacturer name, driver name, and version. With a click, users can choose to see only drivers in need of update. Links to update drivers are disabled in the program's demoware.
Oddly, Driver Update Pro doesn't use the system date and time, but is fixed on a European time zone. It's too bad the program didn't allow a single download to let users test that function, but otherwise this app greatly simplifies finding drivers in need of updating.

I purchased Driver Updater Proby credit card, but registration keys doesnt work, I tried the key to enter for hours, but the key doesnt work, I understood the key and the program is fake, I wrote support tem times but no answer

wouldnt connect to web (i have cable connection - always on), help button woudnt work, went to site of vendor software has been superseeded and updated to something called 'update my drivers'. one only hopes it works similarly to that mentioned here

Could not identify video chip, downloaded wrong driver that tatally trashed the video card. Had to replace card to get computer back up and running.
Summary
The video chip on the motherboard was an ATI 32xx chip. This app identified it as 34xx chip, downloaded driver for that and installed it. Guess I am to blame to letting it do that. But the new driver trashed the chip definition completely so much so that I could not even reinstall the manufacturer supplied driver any more. The chip progressively moved to lower and lower resolutions until 800x640 was the only res supported. I finally bought a new card and installed it and the new card/driver is now working fine at 1920x1200! And for some other drivers it claimed no new update available when the driver site itself had new drivers available. I decided to uninstall the sorry excuse of an app, and now I feel safer!

I cannot comment on whether the product is any good or not because after relieving me of my money, the registration key they sent does not work.

Too many problems to fit within the word limit. See below for fuller reasons.
Summary
(a) The registration key I have been sent does not work. Moreover, the instructions for entering it do not seem to relate to the product I was sold.
(b) They have refused to refund my money.
(c) The product is sold by a 3rd party who seem to want to disclaim responsibility
for the software.
(d) The 3rd party advises that tech support queries take 48 hours to be answered.
(e) The tech support page on the website is about as much use as a chocolate teapot.
They now have my money and I have a useless, non-functioning piece of software. I have also wasted about an hour and a half of my life trying to sort this out. I feel so strongly about thiss issue that I have gone to further the time and trouble of creating a cnet account just so I could leave this feedback.
If I could have rated "0" stars, then I would have done.

CONARTISTS! You download the shareware version and it tells you that your drivers are out of date then you purchase the program they are magically ok. This isn't right. I will be reporting them.

Very clever. They offer a free version of their software to diagnose your PC. And it reports there are many out-of-date drivers. You click to update them and your are invited to buy their product. You enter the serial number and the software rescan your PC. Magic: all the drivers are OK !!!! What a swindle. And don't count on their refund.
