Pros: Outstanding software! I have no problems with the drivers now! Hours of time will be saved. I bought it with a discount found here:

"Complete rip-off. DO NOT BUY. Company is dishonest."
Pros: Worked OK for a few weeks, then just stopped. When it DID work, it had a very pretty UI and was able to find updated drivers for my hardware.
Cons: Stopped working after a few weeks. Customer service is TERRIBLE. They did not help me at all and are now ignoring my emails. When you pay $40 for software, you expect support to come along with it.
Summary: When I try to start DD, I get the message "DD has encountered an error and needs to close..." I tried uninstalling and re-installing several times, that doesn't fix the problem. Customer Service is ignoring my emails. This company is a SCAM company ... read more >>

Pros: Identifies outdated software decient.
Cons: Here's the problem.when it takes you to a site for upgrade,all looks good untill you reboot the system. then you get a small window stating version is not compatible with yours. every one of my upgrades did this.this is futile .

Pros: the ads are great but sadly all lies.
Cons: no redeeming qualities in the product or their customer service.

Pros: I like this soft ware. It function well and quickly. It is annoying that it doesn't "detect" a successful download and installation for you, as it says it will, but it still works better than all the other similar products I've tried over the years.
Cons: Doean' Auto-detect whether the download.was completed or the driver itself is functionng correctly.
