Pros: It detects all your stuff and tells you if the drivers are there..
Cons: but then you gotta pay to install them. As desperate as I was, I paid.. and after I registered, when I tried to download.. it encountered an ERROR!!!!
Summary: Beware of those 5-star raters. Most of them are just Driver Detective employees and friends trying to up the rating! If you look, they have NOTHING wrong with them, and they sound exactly like what the software description is.

"This product is awful. The tech support is awful."
Pros: It "appears" to find outdated drivers very quickly.
Cons: It just doesn't work well enough to be worth the money. Their tech support consists of "watch the videos" and "reload the driver". You have to send an email to the company owner to get a refund.
Summary: This product said I had 26 outdated drivers. I watched their videos and carefully downloaded the new drivers. Only six drivers actually updated. Two of those drivers made the devices to which they were associated inoperable. One of the drivers crash... read more >>

"Beware of this Scam and the Bogus Business Practice"
Pros: Absolutely nothing. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!
Cons: Not only did the product fail to do what was promised, but the company did not refund my money as promised. The whole thing is a bunch of smoke and mirrors.
Summary: The money-back guarantee is a scam. When I found the program did not work (it identified MANY files that were corrupted but did not fix anything), I asked for a full refund immediately. No response. My second request produced an email asking me to p... read more >>
