DNC or \"Do Not Call\" is an aid to companies and individuals that need to check telephone numbers against the Governments Do Not Call Registry. The FTC DNC is not an option. All companies that call people as part of business operations must check each number against the DNC Registry. Our program does that and helps you comply with the Safe Harbor Provision of the law to protect you against federal fines and private lawsuits. As of October 10, 2003, each occurrence can cost you upwards of $11,000 per call. It is an impossible task to check all of your numbers every 3 months and starting January, 2005, you must refresh your area code list every 30 days… you would have to add staff to insure compliance.
