From Itel Office Software :

Cuba Telephony Toolkit for Remedy consists of a client and server. Cuba client communicates directly with a PBX (telephone system) via TAPI, CSTA, ASAI, or a proprietary interface. Call Itel Office for information on obtaining and configuring the Cuba Server to telephone system link. The Cuba client runs on the users workstation. Telephony items such as Call ID, Caller ID, Called ID, Offering, Answered and Idle timestamps, digits entered via an IVR, can be configured to screenpop a Remedy form.

Both Remedy thick and thin client are supported. Download the Cuba Developer Guide for Remedy for configuration information. Version 1.1.1 is a bug fixing release.
