Summary
Fake, cheap, wrong software. The Company is a "fake"/"front" and I agree with the first rater of this product! If this is rated with a thumbs down, the company has sent trolls to patrol this!

Summary
Hi. Just thought I would pass this on. I emailed www.Piriform.com about Evonsoft.com copying the Crap Cleaner name. CCleaner stands for Crap Cleaner and it was origonally called Crap Cleaner. I recently checked www.evonsoft.com and they removed Crap Cleaner from their website and it is no longer available. It looks like they were caught red handed and forced to remove it. Also, the email addresses on www.evonsoft.com do not work. If you email them, your email bounces back like a bad check. You would think that Iobit, I mean Evonsoft could do a better job of copying software and getting way with it.
Why is this file still on Download.com? It is not made by Evonsoft.com. It is from Iobit.com. The company well known for copying other companies software. I downloaded and installed this program and it says iobit.com in the installation file. It is obvious they tried to copy the trademarked name Crap Cleaner from the real Crap Cleaner, CCleaner from piriform.com.

Updated on Apr 3, 2010Crap Cleaner is back on www.evonsoft.com. Evonsoft and Iobit are the same company. Check the ip 174.37.22.172 and see what I mean. Evonsoft.com does not even have a working email address!
