Heatsoft Clone Cleaner is a program designed to find out and copy or remove duplicate files with same name, same size, same content on your local computer, or network computers. With HCC you can easily reclaim disk space wasted by the entire extra unnecessarily file copies and keep your files well organized. HCC allows you to search dupes in multiple paths or drives. Detailed search criteria accelerate a search by filtering files by name, size, date, attributes and allow you to exclude certain folders.
The program divides found duplicates into groups that help easily navigate results. Unique smart marking feature enable you to keep files in particular locations and guarantee that their duplicates will be removed from elsewhere. Ability to delete files directly from disk (quick delete - do not move files to the Recycle Bin) and improved progress for content comparison window and file copy window. Version 1.06 fixed a few bugs which can affect Vista users

Pros: Does allow searching via content, not just file names.
Cons: The free version only allows searching a single directory, and it's subdirectories.

"The very best except it's still "lite""
Pros: This is the easiest to use, has the best filters and methods for marking which files to delete and which to keep
Cons: The Lite version only allows you to search one directory path.
Summary: I use this as my primary dup finder

Cons: Hard to compaire files of the same size could be more user friendly.
