From Chaos Manager :As a computer is supposed to be a helpful tool it is supposed to organize some of your mess. This organizer features an appointment, to-do manager (appointments will pop-up), a calendar, contacts (phone/address-book), a notebook, which supports multiple topics, sync via Internet, e-mail forwarding of appointments, and print/import/export. All is password protected and encrypted (optional). You can also customize your own skin and background for the application.
Version 2.15 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: Chaos Manager 2.15
"BEAUTIFUL program, and it does exactly what it claims to do!"
Pros: I love how the contact list has customizable fields, and how contacts' birthdays are put on the calendar for you. The calendar and appointment manager are simple, but effective. By far the most unexpected amazement came from the Notebook feature: it's incredibly handy! I'll never use a text editor again for my to-do lists, ideas, and other random thoughts! There's even a search feature for notebook entries, in the latest version (which you must get directly from the publisher's website)! The best is the pure beauty of this program... simple, clean design, and lots of skins to choose from! Can even use a background image with some of the skins.
Cons: (1) It would be nice to be able to change the colours used on the calendar, or have the option of seeing some words in the calendar view. (2) It would also be nice to have more flexibility in choice of labels for contacts, like user-defined icons; and it would be nice to be able to modify the default group labels. (3) The internal calculator is a little too simple for my taste (no scientific functions) but it can be disabled, calling up Microsoft's instead. (4) FTP sync feature always caused the program to freeze ... until I chose "Passive transfer" and now it works perfectly.
