Besides tracking time, BillQuick Lite 2005 also includes project management features allowing you to track your job and engagements accurately. This software is designed for architects, engineers, contractors, accountants, CPA, attorneys, computer consultants, graphics designer, and all other professional consultants. Version 7.0.48 includes over 100 various new features.

Version: BillQuick Lite 7.0.48
Pros: I seemed like a good program. I would say that for a "service" industry it would be ideal (for example real estate office or sales office).
Cons: I didn't like being deceived that it was "free". The download and 30day trial is free. I noticed that today it has changed and now list a "buy-it" option which would prevented me from downloading this BIG file.

"Great Product for Service Professionals"
Pros: Very powerful. Handles client and project tracking, time cards, expense logs and invoicing in multiple formats: T&M, Fixed Fee, Percent Complete, Recurring. Lots of helpful reports: Aging, Cash receipts, Gross margin per project, Staff utilization, WIP.
Cons: Big download. Its free but you still have to register.

"Amazing software... and yes i got it free"
Pros: I found BillQuick to be simple, intuitive and extermely powerful. I have been using it for over nine months. My employees enter their own time cards and i get my billing done in less than one hour every month. BillQuick is like having a MBA employee managing your business
