Version: AvailSuite 2.7
Pros: The interface is clean and efficient. The layout and basic functions are good.
Cons: The software runs very slowly (probably due to their choice of database software) even on a recent machine with 1 gb of ram and nothing in the database yet.
The scheduling system does not allow recurring tasks to run indefinitely, they must have an end date. This is a major shortcoming for business scheduling of perpetual recurring tasks like tax filings and license renewals which never end. This shows a lack of understanding on the part of the developers. Hopefully it will be addressed in a future update.
