Version: AvailSuite 2.4

"Well-developed software, professional support team"

Pros: I have been an Availsuite user for a quite some time. I use it for customer management, billing, scheduling technicians for work, and many other things. Several of the functions did not seem apparent to me so I wrote to their support line and I got a quick, professional and courteous reply helping me to configure the software to accomplish what I needed to get done.

That`s the only thing that frustrates me. I have used Quickbooks for accounting purposes and I have to transfer my data from QB into Availsuite manually. But I find out that Availsuite 2.5 can automate this task.

Cons: I think they must add web access option, so field technicians could use the system on their laptops.
