From Auction Sentry Software :Auction Sentry Deluxe has everything that Auction Sentry has and more. In addition to tracking your eBay auctions for you and placing your bids at the last moment (referred to as sniping) the Deluxe Edition features a built in browser, support for conditional bidding or "Bid Groups" and extended support for multiple eBay user IDs. The new Bid Group feature lets you set up several snipes on similar auctions to be executed until one of them wins (automatically canceling the other pending snipes). Whether you're a buyer or a seller this eBay tool streamlines and automates the transactions you make on eBay. The intuitive interface displays your auctions in a color-coded grid indicating which auctions you are winning, which you have been out-bid on, and which you have set up a snipe bid for. It tracks all of your auctions and has a configurable refresh rate to keep all information displayed current alerting you when an auction you are tracking receives a bid.
Version 1.4 adds two new optional columns to the Auctions Watched grid display: Shipping and End Time. The software also has an optional new running count-down that can be displayed in the last 5 minutes of each auction in the Time Remaining column. The software can now be configured to launch when Windows starts. Finally, this update gives the user the ability to change the font type and size in the grid display.

"Powerful, easy-to-use eBay auction bidding software with great user support."
Pros: Auction Sentry Deluxe (?ASD?) makes it easy to bid on, track, and win eBay auctions. Adding an auction is easy. First, use the built-in browser to view eBay as usual. Then click the button to set up a bid for immediate or delayed submittal. You're done. Add as many auctions as you want; you can bid or just follow the progress of each one.
Once you set up your bid(s), you can view them in a customizable spreadsheet format where each color-coded line indicates an item?s status. The F2 key allows free-form note entry by item.
ASD runs in the background keeping track of items and refreshing their status at a time interval you choose. Separate visible and audible alerts let you know if your status changes.
The power of ASD is its ability to set-up delayed bids. You decide when ASD will start bidding -- days, hours, or mere seconds before hammer time. Yes, *seconds* before close. This lets you use your time for things more important than waiting. Better still, a last-second "snipe" lets you bid without getting caught up in ?bidder's frenzy". You will definitely appreciate this feature for that reason. ASD synchronizes your computer's clock to official eBay time, but the actual bid submission depends on the speed of your web connection at the instant it is sent. You'll soon learn what snipe time is appropriate for your connection.
My experience has been that of a bidder since ASD?s 2004 debut (there is a separate feature set for sellers). During that time I have encountered very few "glitches". In fact, almost all issues I've noted have been due to eBay site changes. When these changes occur, ASD?s developer modifies the software fast -- usually that very day. Don't worry if you haven?t used ASD lately: the software automatically checks for updates each time it starts.
ASD can?t guarantee you will win every auction. It can, however, provide a robust set of tools and features that makes bidding and tracking eBay auctions a lot easier.

"WIN MORE AUCTIONS.....SAVE BIG MONEY"
Pros: Set it and forget it! I have my Auction-Sentry Deluxe set up to bid on the auctions I want only 10 seconds before the auction closes. I only lose if the price I decide to be my limit isn't high enough to win. But that's the beauty of the program. I set my limit and do not get caught up in the moment and spend more than I really wanted. The program makes my bid for me while I sleep, work or whatever. It's awesome! I've had a couple occassions to request technical help and they are incredibly FAST responding and right on the money with a fix. I give this program and their tech support my absolute highest rec. Buy it! You won't be disappointed.

"tried others. Works like a charm, and reasonably priced"
Pros: updates itself on product launch, changes to e-bay caught much sooner, and avoids missed bids due to e-bay changes
Cons: Doesn't check for changed passwords on launch, so if you change p/w, and don't inform software, you will miss a bid opportunity. Happened to me.

"Bombed away the Ebay competition. Just made me few K$$. Repayed itself in GOOOLD"
Pros: Basically foolproof . Works great. Good updating and troublefree setup.
Cons: Wakes u up in the middle of the night with loud fire alarm honks when something happens .
You have to leave the PC working - all is done in your PC. If u r not on line- u'r simply not there - beware!

"Head & Shoulders Above the Rest"
Pros: I've been using ASD for over a year now and have won thousands of auctions with it. From its excellent built-in browser to its many customizable display options, this product is extremely powerful and very easy to learn & use. Before purchasing ASD I tried 6 or 7 other auction bidding programs. Not only were most of these unreliable and full of bugs, but not one had the array of features that ASD has. I can choose what information I want displayed for each auction, including the order in which the info appears. I can then sort the auctions according to any I field I choose. For example, I often bid on several items from the same seller so that I can save on shipping if I win multiple items. By displaying the sellers' eBay names and sorting by these names, I always know if I have more outstanding items I'm still bidding on from a particular seller before I pay that seller. That way I'll be sure to take advantage of the combined shipping discounts. Other sniping programs I've used don't allow you to even display the sellers' names, let alone sort by them. I can easily make notes for items, or I can bold items that I want to keep a closer eye on. The support from the company is also excellent. They send out updates the same day eBay makes a change to their site. I keep ASD running on my computer 24/7. It's helped me win so many auctions in the final seconds that I cannot even begin to estimate how many times the program has paid for itself. This is the first review I've ever written online for anything. ASD is one of those rare products that comes along that I feel I can recommend to anyone and completely without reservation. These guys deserve a standing ovation.
Cons: No cons. As far as I'm concerned, the program is truly flawless.
