From Auction Sentry Software :Auction Sentry Deluxe has everything that Auction Sentry has and more. In addition to tracking your eBay auctions for you and placing your bids at the last moment (referred to as sniping) the Deluxe Edition features a built in browser, support for conditional bidding or "Bid Groups" and extended support for multiple eBay user IDs. The new Bid Group feature lets you set up several snipes on similar auctions to be executed until one of them wins (automatically canceling the other pending snipes). Whether you're a buyer or a seller this eBay tool streamlines and automates the transactions you make on eBay. The intuitive interface displays your auctions in a color-coded grid indicating which auctions you are winning, which you have been out-bid on, and which you have set up a snipe bid for. It tracks all of your auctions and has a configurable refresh rate to keep all information displayed current alerting you when an auction you are tracking receives a bid. A must-have serious eBayers!

"EXCELLENT PROGRAM UPDATE To DELUXE TODAY!!!"
Pros: Superb Functions, Great Service, EXCELLENT Communications, Easy to Operate and Flexible for Buyers and Sellers, Tracking and Follow ups, Saves a tremendous amount of time between Switching back and forth through several Browsers to get the JOB DONE

Pros: Deluxe is definately the way to go. The extra features are so convenient. The integrated browser as very nice. I can toggle between viewing and bidding very quickly.
Cons: None as far as I can see. Just don't buy this product. I want to keep my edge. :)

"This product works flawlessly !"
Pros: I like this product because there are no surprises, no lost auctions where your bid would have won it had the software submitted. I lost more than a few good deals "monkeying" around with another Snipe product before switching. Save yourself some grief and buy Auction Sentry. It is the best.
Cons: I like the visual display, which is colour coded and easy to read. The software quickly toggles between the your table of snipe bids and a browser that puts you on the Ebay website. There's a great "cut and paste" process that lets you paste the Ebay auction number right into the software. I also like the recent addition of a "shipping cost" column. We've all been burned by vendors who make an outrageous profit from the shipping after we've bid and forgotten to check on the S & H cost: this allows you to track it so that you see the full cost of the purchase. The tech support is also awesome. The owner of the company, Daniel Hite, actually provides the support and one day spent a fair amount of time checking bid logs to ensure that the software was working well. In the end, it was a user error but he put a lot of time into making sure that there wasn't a problem with his product. That impressed me. I also had a hard drive crash, and same day Mr. Hite had responded to my email and sent a new registration key so that I was back up and running. I can't say enough to recommend Auction Sentry.
