Pros
While it is a year old edition it does a better than just adequate job. Hard to believe it is offered as a free download although it is a means for Ashampoo to rifle shot advertise to satisfied users that may be interested in the newest version.
Cons
The unrelenting CRM driven after download marketing emails. Please, one a week is more than adequate; it feels like it is once a day. While it is a free program, their is a hidden price involved with dealing with the unnecessary emails.

Well worth it if you can deal with the aftermarketing

this is a usefull program/App.if you want to optimize your computer and to clean up all unecessary junk files in your disk drive memory, and further more its totally free if you complete the registration requirements and obtain the full free version.

Running on 7 home edition, it froze, twice out of two attempts, so I uninstalled it. Never got it to work. No idea why.

removes allot of junk on your pc and frees up a ton of space. their are allot of tools that can help you with freeing up stuff examples are... disk defragmenter, registry optimize, start up tuner etc...

some scans can take a while.

Only can partially clean your computer;has some bugs in its design;such as skins are not available for the windows xp version;but these bugs are only miniable-minor.Works better with windows 7.
Cons
Lacks some functionality with windows xp;winoptimization 2010 is not that compatible with windows xp.
Summary
A good product for windows 7 than the xp version as for earlier versions of windows I couldn't commit on.As I ONLY used winoptimizer 2010 on these versions of windows.
